Run a complete WooCommerce catalog-readiness audit, interpret findings correctly, and review the planned Pro remediation workflow, which is coming soon.

1. Requirements and installation

1. Confirm WordPress 6.6 or later, PHP 7.4 or later, and an active WooCommerce installation.
2. Install and activate DestinX AI Commerce for WooCommerce.
3. Open WooCommerce → AI Commerce or use Open AI Commerce on the Plugins screen.
4. Review the four-step Getting started panel before running the first full scan.

2. Quick audit and full-catalog scan

The quick audit previews the latest 25 published products. Use it to understand the scoring model, then choose Scan full catalog to create the authoritative completed snapshot. Full scans run in small background batches; the previous completed snapshot stays visible until the new scan finishes.

3. Read product and store results separately

Result	What it covers	Recommended action
Product readiness	Titles, descriptions, prices, images, categories, brand, identifiers, SKU, attributes, shipping data, variations, and purchasability.	Start with the lowest-scoring products and open the linked WooCommerce editor.
Store readiness	HTTPS, indexing, permalinks, currency, store pages, policies, REST availability, products, and shipping.	Treat these as a separate checklist; they do not change product scores or claim legal compliance.

4. Prioritize and correct findings

1. Filter the completed snapshot by status, finding, or category.
2. Search by partial product name or exact SKU when reviewing a known item.
3. Open the product editor from the finding and correct only verified catalog facts.
4. Save the product, repeat the scan, and compare the new completed snapshot.

5. Dynamic and quote-based pricing

The audit distinguishes fixed, dynamic, quote-based, externally managed, and not-applicable pricing. Supported pricing adapters identify compatible Name Your Price, request-a-quote, call-for-price, composite, bundle, mix-and-match, measurement, and product-add-on workflows. A third-party integration must explicitly declare price availability before a missing-price finding is suppressed.

6. Export, rescan, and audit hygiene

CSV export follows the active search and filters, uses UTF-8, and neutralizes spreadsheet formulas. Export only the working set the team needs. After corrections, run a new complete scan instead of treating a stale export as the current source of truth.

7. Planned Pro remediation — coming soon

AI Commerce Pro is not yet available for purchase. It is planned to add an allow-listed priority plan, before-and-after previews, explicit approval, conflict checks before apply, a local audit trail, and safe undo. Final scope, pricing, licensing, and release timing will be published only after the delivery flow is approved and tested.

8. Privacy and realistic expectations

The Free audit stays local and does not read customer, order, payment, or checkout data. It sends no catalog data to an AI provider and adds no telemetry or cookies. The coming-soon Pro product will publish its final licensing-data disclosure before release. Neither edition guarantees inclusion, ranking, or recommendation on a third-party AI platform.

9. Troubleshooting checklist
