Refund & Cancellation Policy
This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to purchases made directly through ConfigCraft Suite.
It applies to ConfigCraft Pro, ConfigCraft Suite, Quote Add-on and Production Add-on.
This policy does not limit any mandatory consumer rights that may apply under applicable law.
1. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
ConfigCraft Suite offers a 14-day money-back guarantee on eligible first-time annual purchases made directly through this website.
You may request a refund within 14 days of the original purchase date.
This guarantee applies to the following paid products:
- ConfigCraft Pro
- ConfigCraft Suite
- Quote Add-on
- Production Add-on
The money-back guarantee does not apply to renewal payments.
2. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please submit a refund request through your My Account area.
Please include your order number and any information that may help us identify the purchase. Providing a reason for the request is optional but may help us improve ConfigCraft.
We aim to review refund requests within 5 business days.
Where a refund is approved, it will be issued using the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider, card issuer or bank.
3. Effect of an Approved Refund
When a refund is approved, the related license will be revoked.
Access to the following services and entitlements associated with that purchase will be disabled:
- product downloads;
- software updates;
- license activation and license-based services;
- support access;
- premium functionality enabled through the refunded license.
If the refunded purchase includes ConfigCraft Suite, all licenses and entitlements included in that Suite purchase will be revoked.
If a refund affects a required base license, any dependent Quote Add-on or Production Add-on access may also be disabled until an eligible active base license is available.
4. Automatic Renewal Cancellation
You may cancel automatic renewal at any time through your My Account area.
Cancellation prevents future renewal charges. It does not create an immediate refund and does not affect access already paid for during the current license term.
5. Exclusions
The 14-day money-back guarantee does not apply to:
- annual renewal payments;
- custom development, consulting or other bespoke services;
- fraudulent, abusive or duplicate refund requests;
- products or services explicitly identified as non-refundable before purchase;
- free products or services provided without payment.
6. Digital Products and Statutory Rights
ConfigCraft products are digital software products supplied electronically.
Where you expressly request immediate access to digital content during checkout, your statutory right of withdrawal may be affected or lost where permitted by applicable law.
The voluntary 14-day money-back guarantee described in this policy is provided independently of any mandatory consumer rights.
